4.5) Avoid using Flash. IMHO this should have its own place in the list. It should also probably be in the top 3, no?

11.5) Just to be safe, makes sure images and other media files names have relevant names. Since most most user won’t see the actual file name this is also a good opportunity to inject popular misspellings that some might be searching for.

Don’t have hidden text on your site, take out the keywords meta tag if you want to rank high on Google, two things I have found really help.

No such tag as an alt tag – it’s an alt *attribute*. (i.e. img is the tag)
