17. What collaboration (project management) solution are you working with ?
It can be easier to use some system like BaseCamp than collaborate through emails for complicated projects.

What is that, guys? When the customer pays money, we work 24/7 and we do it in a few days – up to 10 pages. If more – it can take up to 3 days. It includes QA and etc.

Good article. Not a question, but check for negative/positive feedback on the web for the provider and whether they have enough bandwidth at the current moment, if discussing with a smaller provider.

Excellent artcile and all the list is very useful.

We are PSD to XHTML providers and we already deliver valid xhtml 1.0 strict with ie6+, firefox 2+ safari 3+ and chrome.
